More and more governments are turning to social media platforms as a public diplomacy tool with Twitter being among the most popular ones. In this podcast, former Mexican Ambassador to the United States, Arturo Sarukhan, in an interview with PRI's The World, talks about his use of Twitter to engage with the American public in English.
