Global Orgs Represented at CPD Mini-Course in DC

The USC Center on Public Diplomacy is pleased to announce that enrollment is complete for the Spring 2015 CPD Mini-Course “Effective Public Diplomacy: Evaluation and Impact” which will take place from May 18-20 in Washington, DC.

Taught by CPD-affiliated faculty, this unique program is designed to equip participants with the working knowledge of common research and analytical tools needed to develop and implement successful public diplomacy programs. The workshop is comprised of five modules which will provide participants with valuable hands-on learning: Foundations of Public Diplomacy Strategy and Analysis; Understanding Research Methodology and Measurement Tools (Part I and II); Digital Tools and Real-Time Analytics for the Practitioner; and Strategic Decision Making in Program Management.
